The Assessment Phase is critical to the success of our journey together, which is why every client starts here. Even if you’re extremely clear on your challenges and where you want to go, this step digs into the heart of your vision and what’s stopping you from getting there.
STEP 2: STRATEGY
During this phase, you and I take the results from the assessment and design a strategy unique to your business. We consider your strengths, how you work best, and what motivates you. We look at the specific challenges you’re having and figure out how we can overcome them. We take your vision and map a clear plan of action to get there. The Strategy Phase is an ongoing process as we work together to get you closer to your goals.
STEP 3: IMPLEMENTATION
The Implementation Phase is where the rubber meets the road. I walk with you through the process of implementing the new strategies into your business, whether it’s writing your business plan, building a new project management system, or coaching you on your sales calls. We test what’s working and make adjustments as needed to make sure you’re on track.
